Fewer than you would expect, and the two pills are not carried by the same providers.
Two oral GLP-1s are approved in the United States. The Wegovy pill — oral semaglutide, approved 22 December 2025 — is available direct from NovoCare Pharmacy and through a growing set of telehealth platforms. Foundayo — orforglipron, approved April 2026 — ships direct from LillyDirect and through a partly overlapping set of platforms.
Not every provider carries both. Not every provider that advertises “GLP-1 medications” carries either. Not every provider that carries one will tell you before you have paid.
The most reliable route to both is the manufacturer’s own pharmacy: NovoCare Pharmacy for the Wegovy pill, LillyDirect for Foundayo. Neither requires a telehealth membership, and both publish their cash prices.
Below is what we could verify from providers’ own public pages, with the date we checked. It is a maintained list rather than a snapshot, because availability in this category has changed several times since April.
One caution that applies to every row: a provider listing a medication is not the same as a provider being able to supply it to you, in your state, at the price advertised. Confirm before you pay.
The two oral medications, briefly
Before the list, the distinction that decides which one a provider can offer you.
Carrying a pill is one thing; what it costs through each route and whether the Wegovy pill’s protocol fits your mornings are the next two questions.
The Wegovy pill is oral semaglutide — the same molecule as the Wegovy injection, in tablet form. It was approved on 22 December 2025 and was the first GLP-1 pill approved for weight loss in the United States. It carries a specific administration protocol: taken in the morning on an empty stomach, with no more than four ounces of water, waiting thirty minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Foundayo is orforglipron, approved in April 2026. It is a different kind of molecule — a non-peptide small molecule rather than a peptide — and it has no food or water restriction. It can be taken at any time of day.
That difference matters commercially as well as clinically. A small molecule is cheaper to manufacture at scale, which is why Foundayo launched with an aggressive self-pay price, and it is easier to distribute because it has no cold-chain requirement.
What we could verify
On 14 September 2026 we read the public pages of all 76 providers in our directory — home page, medication and pricing pages — looking for the Wegovy pill, Foundayo and their generic names. 18 directory providers name the Wegovy pill as a product they offer, 18 name Foundayo, and 14 name both. Foundayo is also sold direct by LillyDirect, which is not a directory provider. Providers that do not appear below did not name either pill on the pages we could read.
“Yes” means the pill appears as an offered product on the provider’s own pages. “Unclear” means it did not appear on the pages we could read, which is not the same as not offering it; ask directly. Every row links to our review of that provider. Which pill suits you is a separate question: how the two pills differ, and how both compare with the injections.

What “carries it” does and does not mean
Three distinctions that change what a listing is worth to you.
Prescribing is not dispensing. Amazon Pharmacy fills a prescription you already hold; it does not prescribe. A telehealth platform prescribes and routes the fill elsewhere. The manufacturer pharmacies do both in one flow.
Listing is not stocking. A provider can name a medication on a comparison page and still tell you at intake that it is unavailable in your state, or that a prior authorisation is required first.
Carrying is not covering. A provider that prescribes Foundayo may or may not handle the insurance work that gets you the $25 price rather than the $149 one. That is a service difference, and it is worth more than most people realise.
The manufacturer route is usually the simplest
For both pills, the shortest path is the manufacturer’s own pharmacy.

LillyDirect supplies Foundayo with home delivery included. Its published self-pay price starts at $149 a month at the starting dose and rises with dose to $199 and then $299 (the top two strengths at $299 only when refilled within 45 days). Patients who are commercially insured with coverage for Foundayo may pay $25 a month with the manufacturer’s savings card, subject to its eligibility terms.
NovoCare Pharmacy supplies Wegovy — both the injection and the pill — with published pricing at $149 to $299 for the pill and $199 to $399 for the pen.
Neither charges a membership fee, which matters more than it sounds. A telehealth platform charging $79 a month for access is adding roughly $950 a year to a medication you could obtain directly. What you are buying for that is the clinical relationship, the insurance work, and the ongoing support — which for some people is worth it and for others is not.
Medicare Part D beneficiaries have a third route: the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge has offered a $50 copay since 1 July 2026, running through 31 December 2027.
How to check any provider yourself
Availability moves. Ours is a maintained list, not a permanent one, and the fastest check is always the provider’s own current pages.
Search the provider’s site for the brand name
Not “oral GLP-1” — the actual brand. A provider carrying Foundayo will name it, because it is a marketing asset. A provider that only mentions “oral options” in the abstract probably does not have one.
Check whether the price shown is the medication or the membership
This is the single most common source of confusion in the category. A “$79/month” headline is usually platform access with medication billed separately. Ask what a maintenance dose costs, all in.
Ask which dose the quoted price covers
Foundayo’s published self-pay pricing ladders by dose. The entry price is the starting dose. Confirm what you will pay once you are on a stable maintenance dose, because that is the number you will live with.
Ask whether they handle the insurance work
The gap between $25 and $149 a month is prior authorisation. Some providers do that work for you; some hand you a form. Ask which.
If you are doing well on an injectable GLP-1, none of this is a reason to switch. The injectables still lead on magnitude of weight loss, and switching medications is a clinical decision rather than a shopping one.
This list also covers United States availability only, and it covers the two approved oral GLP-1s. It does not cover compounded oral preparations, which are a separate question with a separate legal position.
And a provider appearing here is not a recommendation. It is a record of what we could verify about availability on a given date.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get an oral GLP-1 without a telehealth membership?
Yes. Both manufacturer pharmacies — NovoCare for the Wegovy pill, LillyDirect for Foundayo — supply direct with no membership fee, and both publish their cash prices. You still need a prescription; what you avoid is a recurring platform charge on top of the medication.
Why do some providers carry one pill and not the other?
They are different medications from different manufacturers, approved four months apart, with different supply arrangements. A provider’s relationship with Novo Nordisk does not give it access to an Eli Lilly product. Expect the lists to keep diverging rather than converging.
Is a provider that carries both better than one that carries one?
Only if you want a choice. Carrying both indicates commercial breadth, not clinical quality, and it says nothing about the intake, the follow-up or the price. Use it as one input among several.
How often is this list updated?
Monthly, and the date at the top changes whether or not anything moved. Availability in this category has shifted several times since April 2026, so a list without a date is not worth reading.
My provider says it can get Foundayo but the price is much higher. Why?
Most likely because you are being quoted a higher dose, or because the platform’s price includes a membership the manufacturer route does not. Ask for the all-in monthly cost at your expected maintenance dose, then compare that against LillyDirect’s published price for the same dose.
Check the date before you trust the list
Two oral GLP-1s exist, they are carried by different and partly overlapping sets of providers, and both are available direct from their manufacturers without a membership.
Everything else about this list is perishable. Availability moved when Foundayo launched in April, moved again as telehealth platforms signed supply agreements, and will move again; this list was last checked on 14 September 2026. Any page that tells you who carries what without telling you when it checked is telling you about a market that no longer exists.
We checked on the date at the top. Ask your provider to confirm before you pay.
