How GLP-1 Access Works at NovoCare Pharmacy
NovoCare Pharmacy is Novo Nordisk’s manufacturer-direct dispensing channel, not a prescribing service. The site does not run a clinical intake, ask health questions, or match you with a prescriber. To use NovoCare, you must already have a Wegovy or Ozempic prescription from your own healthcare provider.
What the public flow does provide is a Wegovy savings-offer enrollment — a five-field form (first name, last name, email, date of birth, ZIP) that produces a pharmacy savings card with BIN, GRP, PCN, and member ID values you can store in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or print to bring to your pharmacist. The card lowers what you pay at the counter; it does not generate a prescription. NovoCare’s confirmation page links out to “Find care here” for patients who don’t yet have a prescriber.

Because NovoCare doesn’t prescribe, our usual clinical-rigor and friction scoring doesn’t apply. Instead, here’s a plain walkthrough of the eight screens a self-pay Wegovy customer encounters, from the medications page to the saved BIN/PCN savings card.
The 3 Stages
This is not a clinical intake. There are no health questions, no contraindication checks (MTC, MEN2, pancreatitis, T1D, pregnancy), no medication review, no allergy screen, no BMI, no labs, no eating-disorder or substance-use screen, and no clinician review at any step. The form’s only purpose is to enroll the patient in Novo Nordisk’s manufacturer savings program and produce a pharmacy discount card — clinical responsibility sits entirely with the prescribing provider the patient brings to NovoCare.
The headline price varies by dose. Patients new to the Wegovy Savings Offer or NovoCare Pharmacy pay $199 for each of the first two monthly fills at 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg (or for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg), then $349/mo for Wegovy 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, or 2.4 mg, or $399/mo for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg. One month is defined as one box of four pens. Eligibility and restrictions apply, and Novo Nordisk reserves the right to modify or cancel the program. Free shipping is included, and patients can pick up at a pharmacy or have doses delivered.
