AgelessRx
Our Review
AgelessRx earns a 3.7 out of 5 from GLP-1.Reviews, reflecting the tension between an excellent 4.5-star Trustpilot average across 2,120+ reviews and a concerning D- BBB grade. The longevity medicine framework and access to treatments like NAD+ and metformin alongside semaglutide are unique differentiators. AgelessRx is best suited for longevity-focused, self-directed patients who are comfortable with medium support levels and want GLP-1 therapy as part of a broader anti-aging protocol.

About AgelessRx

AgelessRx was founded in 2019 with a mission rooted in longevity medicine, not weight loss specifically. The platform prescribes compounded semaglutide alongside a broader portfolio of longevity-focused treatments including NAD+, metformin, and rapamycin. GLP-1 pricing ranges from $139 to $299 per month, placing AgelessRx in the mid-tier of the compounded market.

The longevity medicine framing is both AgelessRx’s greatest strength and its most important caveat. Patients drawn to the platform tend to be biohacking-oriented individuals who view GLP-1 medications as one tool in a broader anti-aging and metabolic optimization toolkit. The platform’s provider consultations reflect this philosophy, often discussing GLP-1 therapy in the context of inflammation reduction, insulin sensitivity, and cellular health rather than purely scale-based outcomes.

On the trust front, AgelessRx presents a contradictory profile. The platform holds an impressive 4.5-star rating across 2,120+ reviews on Trustpilot, one of the highest averages we have seen in the telehealth longevity space. However, it also carries a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, the lowest BBB grade in this evaluation batch. That stark contrast suggests strong patient satisfaction with the product and service itself, paired with issues in how the company handles formal complaints through BBB channels.

From a support standpoint, AgelessRx offers medium ongoing support. Patients can message their provider and request dosage adjustments, but the platform does not offer the kind of dietitian access, lab testing, or structured check-in cadence that higher-support competitors provide. For self-directed patients comfortable managing their own treatment journey, this may be perfectly adequate; for those who want hand-holding, it may fall short.

Our editorial team rates AgelessRx as a strong niche option with a significant trust asterisk. The Trustpilot rating is genuinely excellent, the longevity medicine approach appeals to a specific and growing demographic, and the ability to combine GLP-1 therapy with other longevity treatments is unique. But the D- BBB grade is impossible to ignore and prospective patients should investigate the specific complaints behind that rating before committing.

⚠ What AgelessRx’s Intake Doesn’t Do

AgelessRx does not use a validated PHQ-2 or PHQ-9 depression screening tool β€” mental health is addressed through a hospitalization history question rather than a clinical screen. The flow also has no alcohol or substance use screen (only smoking is asked about). Diet history is limited to a single category selector (vegetarian, vegan, keto, etc.) with no questions about eating frequency, caloric intake, or prior dietary interventions. Exercise history is a single 5-point activity scale with no detail on frequency, duration, or type.

💡 The Longevity Question No Other Provider Asks

AgelessRx is the only provider in our evaluation that asks: “Prior to discovering AgelessRx, how important was the idea of longevity or slowing down aging to you?” with a 5-point scale from “No importance / don’t care” to “Significant importance.” This question has no clinical function β€” it’s a brand positioning tool that signals AgelessRx’s target patient: someone who thinks about health-span and aging, not just the number on a scale. Patients who answer “some” or “significant” importance are implicitly self-selecting into the longevity medicine mindset that differentiates AgelessRx from weight-loss-first competitors.
