Clinical Safety Screens Performed
AgelessRx does not use a validated PHQ-2 or PHQ-9 depression screening tool — mental health is addressed through a hospitalization history question rather than a clinical screen. The flow also has no alcohol or substance use screen (only smoking is asked about). Diet history is limited to a single category selector (vegetarian, vegan, keto, etc.) with no questions about eating frequency, caloric intake, or prior dietary interventions. Exercise history is a single 5-point activity scale with no detail on frequency, duration, or type.
AgelessRx is the only provider in our evaluation that asks: “Prior to discovering AgelessRx, how important was the idea of longevity or slowing down aging to you?” with a 5-point scale from “No importance / don’t care” to “Significant importance.” This question has no clinical function — it’s a brand positioning tool that signals AgelessRx’s target patient: someone who thinks about health-span and aging, not just the number on a scale. Patients who answer “some” or “significant” importance are implicitly self-selecting into the longevity medicine mindset that differentiates AgelessRx from weight-loss-first competitors.
