Like Belle, Coby asks a dedicated GLP-1 brand allergy screen (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Saxenda) and a named diabetes drug interaction screen covering insulin, sulfonylureas (Amaryl, Glucotrol, Diabeta), and DPP-4 inhibitors (sitagliptin, saxagliptin, linagliptin, alogliptin). Coby also splits pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer into separate options in the medical-history multi-select, which is a more specific signal than the single “pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer” option Belle uses.
Coby’s final screen is distinctive for this platform family: $0 Due Now, with a “Pay Upon Medical Approval” label and a note that the patient will only be charged once the provider signs off on treatment. Compared to Belle’s default 6-month $1,194 immediate charge with “orders cannot be canceled or refunded” language, Coby’s checkout is materially lower commitment.
