Synergy RX
Our Review
Synergy RX earns a 2.5 out of 5.0, placing it in the "High Caution" tier. As a 2026-launched platform with zero external reviews, no BBB listing, slow onboarding, and minimal clinical support, there is insufficient evidence to recommend Synergy RX over established competitors. Patients should strongly consider providers with proven track records, transparent pharmacy partnerships, and independent patient reviews before choosing a brand-new, unvalidated platform.

About Synergy RX

Synergy RX is among the newest entrants in the compounded GLP-1 market, founded in 2026. The platform offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide via subcutaneous injection, with monthly pricing ranging from $199 to $399.

As a brand-new platform, Synergy RX has no Trustpilot reviews, no BBB listing, and no publicly verifiable track record. This isn’t unusual for a just-launched telehealth company, but it means patients have zero independent data to evaluate the actual patient experience. Trust and compliance transparency is rated low.

The clinical program is minimal β€” no lab testing, no dietitian access, and low ongoing support. Onboarding is notably slow at 2 to 3 weeks, which is below average for the telehealth GLP-1 market where many competitors offer same-day or next-day prescriptions. Cost transparency is rated medium.

The compounded-only model with unknown CoA testing status and undisclosed pharmacy partners adds sourcing concerns. For a platform with no external validation to offset these gaps, the risk profile is elevated compared to established competitors at similar price points.

Patients considering Synergy RX should weigh the complete absence of reputation data against the availability of more established alternatives that have been independently reviewed and rated by patients.

From the Inside

What the Synergy Rx Intake Looks Like

We walked through Synergy Rx’s full GLP-1 intake ourselves, from the BMI calculator through two condition multi-selects to the approve-first-charge checkout. Here’s what an actual prospective patient encounters before being prescribed β€” including a notable FDA-black-box gap and a contradictory consultation-fee disclosure.

5
Distinct Stages

Clinical Rigor
4
/ 10

Notably weaker than peer compounded providers. Synergy Rx asks two condition multi-selects with a suicidal-thoughts checkbox and the cancer 5-year-remission threshold, but MTC and MEN2 family history are not asked anywhere in the visible flow β€” a significant FDA-black-box gap. There is also no allergy screen, no eating-disorder check, no medication list, and no BP/HR reading.

Friction Level
4
/ 10

Low. Anonymous-friendly questionnaire β€” name, email, and phone aren’t collected until after every clinical question. Approve-first-charge applies at the plan-selection step, but the consultation-fee disclosure contradicts itself ($80 on one screen, $59 on another) and the brand identity is muddled (RxActivate appears at checkout instead of Synergy Rx).

The 5 Stages

Stage 1
Goals + Demographics
Height + weight (live BMI), goal weight, past-initiatives multi-select (exercise, dieting, supplements, intermittent fasting, none), sex assigned at birth (Male / Female only), and a primary-reason picker (improve health, feel more confident, increase energy, other).
Stage 2
GLP-1 Use
Single Yes/No on currently taking any GLP-1 medications.
Stage 3
Two Condition Multi-Selects
First: end-stage kidney disease, end-stage liver disease (cirrhosis), suicidal thoughts / prior suicidal attempt, cancer with the 5-year-remission threshold, and history of organ transplant on anti-rejection medication. Second: gallbladder disease, hypertension, seizures, glaucoma, sleep apnea, T2D not on insulin, T2D on insulin, T1D, and diabetic retinopathy.
Stage 4
Surgeries + Meds + Identity
Yes/No on prior weight-loss surgeries, Yes/No on currently taking medications (no list, no follow-up), date of birth, and a single-screen contact form (first name, last name, email, phone) with an attestation checkbox. The contact screen also displays a celebratory “94% chance of successful treatment if qualified” card.
Stage 5
Treatment + Plan + Checkout
Treatment selection β€” Compounded Semaglutide $199, Compounded Tirzepatide $349, or Compounded Semaglutide Oral Dissolving Tablet $299. Plan tier β€” Monthly $199 first month, 3 Months $748, 6 Months $1248 (Save $246), or 12 Months $2298 (Save $690). Shipping address + payment with the contradictory $80 / $59 fee disclosure and the “Powered by Care Validate” partnership disclosure.

Clinical Safety Screens Performed

βœ“ Suicidal thoughts / prior attempt as a checkbox
βœ“ Cancer with 5-year remission threshold (specific clinical wording)
βœ“ End-stage kidney + liver disease (with dialysis qualifier)
βœ“ Organ transplant on anti-rejection medication
βœ“ Diabetic retinopathy as a discrete item
βœ“ Hypertension + sleep apnea checkboxes
βœ“ Seizures + glaucoma in the second multi-select
βœ“ All diabetes types (T1D, T2D on / not on insulin)

⚠ Significant Gap: No MTC or MEN2 Family-History Check

Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC) and Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN2) family history are the GLP-1 class FDA black-box warning, and most compounded providers in our catalog ask about them as a dedicated checkbox or a multi-select item. Synergy Rx does not ask about MTC or MEN2 anywhere in the visible 16-screen flow β€” neither personal history nor family history. The intake also doesn’t include pancreatitis, gastroparesis, anorexia or bulimia, an opiate or alcohol screen, an allergy screen of any kind, or a medication list (current meds is a Yes/No only). Sex is collected as a binary Male / Female only, and no actual blood pressure or heart-rate reading is captured.

πŸ’‘ Notable Inconsistencies at Checkout

The TeleHealth-visit fee surfaces in two contradictory amounts. The billing-cycle screen states: “There is an $80 TeleHealth visit cost regardless of whether I receive medication.” The Care Validate disclosure on the final payment page reads: “You will be charged $59 for your initial TeleHealth visit.” Patients should not assume either amount is the binding figure β€” both quotes are visible in the same flow.

The Care Validate copy on the final screen also references “RxActivate remains your primary service provider” rather than “Synergy Rx,” suggesting RxActivate is the underlying entity operating multiple consumer brands on the same Care Validate billing infrastructure. Patients may see CAREVALIDATE or RxActivate on card statements rather than Synergy Rx.
