Enhance.MD treats baseline labs as a clinical requirement, not an upsell. The intake explicitly asks “Do you have recent labs to upload now?” with two paths: upload them immediately or sign a Laboratory Results Waiver acknowledging that the patient is voluntarily deferring required labs and that submission is mandatory before month 2. Both included plan tiers (GLP-1 Core and GLP-1 Advanced) bundle “lab screenings every 6 months” at no additional cost.
