About Enhance Md
Enhance Md is one of the more established players in the GLP-1 telehealth space, having been founded in 2019 β well before the current boom in weight loss medication demand. This early-mover advantage has given the platform time to refine its operations and build a credible reputation. Enhance Md offers compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide with a notably wide pricing range of $49 to $212 per month, with entry-level pricing that is among the lowest we have seen in the compounded GLP-1 market.
The platform’s trust profile is one of its strongest assets. Enhance Md holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau β the highest possible grade β which reflects a consistent pattern of resolving customer complaints and maintaining ethical business practices. Complementing this, the provider’s Trustpilot page shows a 4.1-star rating from over 140 reviews. While the review volume is modest compared to the largest providers, the combination of a solid Trustpilot score and top-tier BBB accreditation creates a high-trust profile that few competitors can match.
The pricing flexibility at Enhance Md deserves particular attention. Starting at just per month, the platform makes GLP-1 therapy accessible to patients who might otherwise be priced out of the market. The wide range up to 2 suggests tiered dosing options or different medication formulations, allowing patients to find a price point that matches their treatment stage and budget. This kind of pricing accessibility, backed by years of operational experience, is a meaningful differentiator.
Where Enhance Md falls short is in clinical comprehensiveness. The platform does not offer lab testing or dietitian access as part of its standard program. Given the provider’s longevity and strong reputation, the absence of these features is somewhat surprising β particularly lab work, which is increasingly considered a best practice for safe GLP-1 prescribing. Adding baseline and periodic bloodwork could elevate Enhance Md from a good provider to a great one.
Overall, Enhance Md benefits from a combination of factors that many newer competitors simply cannot replicate: years of operational history, an A+ BBB rating, positive Trustpilot reviews, and aggressive entry-level pricing. The platform has clearly earned the trust of both accreditation bodies and patients. For our editorial team, the main opportunities for improvement are the addition of lab monitoring and nutritional support, which would round out an otherwise strong offering and likely push the score higher.

What the Enhance.MD Intake Looks Like
We walked through Enhance.MD’s full GLP-1 intake ourselves, from the modality picker to the 12-month plan checkout. Here’s what an actual prospective patient encounters before being prescribed.
/ 10
Three sequential safety multi-selects covering FDA black-box, cardiac rhythm, GI, kidney, eating disorders, and diabetic drug interactions β plus formal lab integration with an opt-in waiver. Knocked down by the absence of a validated PHQ, dedicated eating-disorder screen, substance/alcohol screen, or BP reading.
/ 10
Moderate. Twenty numbered steps, account creation mid-flow, and a 12-month plan that defaults to $3,179 billed today. No ID upload or phone OTP, but the lab-upload step adds friction unique to providers that take baseline labs seriously.
The 10 Stages
Clinical Safety Screens Performed
The intake doesn’t use a validated PHQ-2 or PHQ-9 depression screen and doesn’t ask about self-harm. Eating disorders are checkbox items in the broader Step 12 multi-select rather than a dedicated screen with severity grading. There is no substance or alcohol screen, no general drug or food allergy screen beyond the GLP-1 class, no actual blood pressure reading, and no diet or exercise history at any point. Sex is collected as a binary Male/Female only. The legal-name field is captured “as it appears on your ID,” but no government photo ID upload or phone OTP is required.
Enhance.MD treats baseline labs as a clinical requirement, not an upsell. The intake explicitly asks “Do you have recent labs to upload now?” with two paths: upload them immediately or sign a Laboratory Results Waiver acknowledging that the patient is voluntarily deferring required labs and that submission is mandatory before month 2. Both included plan tiers (GLP-1 Core and GLP-1 Advanced) bundle “lab screenings every 6 months” at no additional cost. This level of lab integration is unusual among compounded GLP-1 providers β most defer lab work to the patient’s outside PCP or charge it as an add-on.
