What the Found Intake Looks Like

We walked through Found’s full GLP-1 intake ourselves, from the opening eligibility quiz through the insurance-coverage check at the end. The flow is notably thorough and includes several clinical questions we haven’t seen anywhere else in the catalog.

Found’s intake includes three specific clinical questions we haven’t encountered anywhere else in the catalog. And third, a general side-effect tendency question: “Do you tend to get side effects (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) when you start new medications?” This last one is used to shape personalized titration. All three are thoughtful signals that Found is designing around clinically relevant details rather than the standard GLP-1 yes/no template.

Found explicitly asks about trouble swallowing pills and follows up with a direct needles-and-injections preference: “I dislike needles and try to avoid them / I prefer oral medications over injections / I prefer injections over oral medications.” This lets the clinician route patients toward the appropriate compounded semaglutide format. Few intakes ask this directly — most assume injection is the default and leave it to the clinician visit to surface the preference.

Eating disorders are captured as one option in the first conditions multi-select rather than getting their own dedicated screen with safety language.
